Endeavour Society
Location
The Westbury Mount Lecture Theatre, location of most of the Endeavour Society's talks, is part of the School of Ocean Sciences situated in Menai Bridge, which is opposite Bangor on the Anglesey side of the Menai Strait. Menai Bridge is accessed from the mainland by crossing the Menai Suspension Bridge or the Britannia Bridge. The easiest route if coming from outside Bangor on the A55 is to cross the Britannia Bridge - note that if you do this, you have to take the slip road on the left immediately after coming off the bridge (it's signposted, but easy to miss). If coming by bus, you should get off at the stop in Wood Street.
